MY MISSION

My mission is to ensure Bonney Lake remains a safe, vibrant, and affordable place to live by protecting essential services, promoting responsible growth, and keeping government accountable to the people it serves. I will continue working to lower utility costs, invest in our parks and infrastructure, and maintain the community character that makes Bonney Lake feel like home. Through transparency, fiscal responsibility, and open dialogue, I will always put residents first.

LEADERSHIP WITH A PURPOSE

Leadership isn’t about power or position—it’s about showing up, doing the work, and always putting people first. For me, leadership is a responsibility rooted in service. It means listening more than talking, making thoughtful decisions, and being a steady voice when times are uncertain and something I've been doing for over 20 years for this City.

As your Deputy Mayor, I lead with purpose because Bonney Lake deserves leaders who care deeply about the outcomes—not just the optics. My purpose is to protect the integrity of our city services, ensure your tax dollars are used wisely, and make room for the voices of everyday residents in every decision we make.

That purpose shows up in the way I approach growth—balancing the needs of current residents while making sure new development pays its fair share. It shows up in my work to push back on unnecessary rate increases, to maintain essential services like police, fire, and infrastructure without overburdening taxpayers. And it shows up in my belief that government must remain transparent, accountable, and responsive to the people it serves.

I don’t just want Bonney Lake to grow—I want it to thrive. That’s the kind of leadership I strive to bring: thoughtful, principled, and rooted in the values that make our city worth protecting.
